Don't you have a rest day in between ? I couldn't see the last right column on the calendar. I am no expert, but I guess a rest day or low mileage day would be important to give the muscles a rest.

The 15-20km is actually rest :)
Seriously - yeah i expect at least a day off every week - but did not want to "schedule" it.

yes, I realized that 15-20K may be your commute to work, the normal stuff. BTW, try dailymile.com for your logs, pretty neat and you can get to meet other riders from all over the world as well.
